Glonghui April 29 丨 Accor Holdings (03313russianpoker.HK) Announcementrussianpoker, the board of directors recommended capital reduction and share subdivision, pursuant to which: (i) the company's issued share capital will be cancelled through cancellation of fully paid share capital (subject to the cancellation of HK$0.19 per issued share), so that the par value of each issued share will be reduced from HK$0.20 to HK$0.01; and (ii) immediately following the capital reduction, each authorised but unissued share with a par value of HK$0.20 each will be subdivided into twenty (20) new shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each.

After the capital reduction and share subdivision take effect, each board lot of new shares will be traded in accordance with the shares.russianpokeris the same per lot, i.e. 10 per lotrussianpoker,000 new shares and the new shares rank pari passu among each other in all respects in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles.
