Glonghui April 28 丨 Antai Technology (000969)(000969goldenhoyeah.SZ) announced that Mr. Li Mengjin and Ms. Chu Rongling, as shareholders of Weihai Polycrystal, hold 20% and 5% respectively. Due to personal reasons, the two plan to transfer their entire equity in Weihai Polycrystal, totaling 25% of the equity. In order to further enhance the understanding of Weihai PolycrystallinegoldenhoyeahTo strengthen business coordination, and improve the integrated operation level of Antai Tianlong's bases, the company plans to purchase the entire equity held by Mr. Li Mengjin and Ms. Chu Rongling in Weihai Polycrystal through cash at a price of RMB 17.4539 million.
