Glonghui May 8 丨 Haobai International (08431unclesam'sbingo.HK) Announcementunclesam'sbingo, as the company and Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.("Zhongzheng Tianheng") were unable to reach a consensus on the company's proposed audit fees for the financial year ending March 31, 2024, Zhongzheng Tianheng has resigned as the company's auditor, effective May 8, 2024. After considering the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors also hereby announced the appointment of Zhibao Xinqin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.("Zhibao Xinqin") as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy after Zhongzheng Tianheng's resignation took effect on May 8, 2024.
