Gelonghui May 23| yesterday eveninggamerouletteonline, China Capital Holdings Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that on May 21, a so-called bondholder of the company filed a legal lawsuit against the company through the Court of First Instance of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. According to the statement of claim filed by the plaintiff in the lawsuit, the plaintiff claimed HK$12.25 million from the company, together with interest and costs. The company stated that it is seeking legal opinions on relevant matters and will issue a separate announcement to inform shareholders and investors of any major developments. On the 10th of this month, First Holdings Group issued an announcement to postpone the hearing of the liquidation petition for corporate bonds with a principal amount of HK$10 million. The new petition and alternative application were postponed to 9:30 am on June 3 this year.
