Nvidia CEO Huang Renxun said the company's cooperation with Dell Technologies will spread artificial intelligence to a wider range of customers and help companies and organizations create their own "artificial intelligence factories."

Dell is one of the largest providers of computing infrastructure to government agencies and businesses, and Nvidia does not directly serve this market. Although Nvidia's sales have increased significantly over the past year, its growth relies largely on a small group of customers: data center operators known as hyperscale. According to compiled data, Microsoft Corporation, Meta Platforms Corporation, Amazon Corporation and Alphabet Corporation are its largest customers, followed by Dell.
Nvidia's expansion plans depend on letting institutions and companies develop their own artificial intelligence capabilities, thereby stimulating demand for its products. To do this, they need storage, networking and computing equipment provided by Dell, Huang said. That's why it's an important partner, he said.
The CEO is pushing Nvidia deeper into software tools, computer design and artificial intelligence models, helping extend the company's technology to everything from drug discovery to shipbuilding.
