Aviation New Technology: the subsidiary intends to sign an investment cooperation agreement with the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee. Securities Times e Company News, Aviation New Technology (300424) announced on the evening of April 12, in order to carry out aviation interior production and engine maintenance business, the holding subsidiary Tianhong Airlines intends to sign the Investment Cooperation Agreement on Aviation Interior production and engine maintenance projects with the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee. According to this agreement, Tianhong Airlines will set up a project company in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone to engage in the production of commercial aircraft aviation carpets, aviation seats, engine room accessories and engine maintenance, with a total investment of 200 million yuan, starting from 2026. The project company can form an output value of 100 million yuan per year in the area under the jurisdiction of the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee. Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Management Committee will provide facilities and support for public facilities, administrative license, policy support, industrial support and so on.
